I come from a place… @ Kettle’s Yard
I come from a place…
18 October – 26 October 2014
The project focuses on the North Cambridge area and in particular the Arbury Estate, which was built from 1957.
Working with both young people and those who were instrumental in forming the new community, the project explores the needs of a new community, how those needs are met and the impact on a new generation. The exhibition will include my contemporary photographs, photographs by youth group ‘Club United’, photos of Arbury Carnival from 1977 onwards, donated by the community and oral histories.
