Pascal Amoyel & Thomas Bouquin : Montréal-Paris in Loco
JANUARY 10th TO FEBRUARY 8th 2014
Pascal Amoyel & Thomas Bouquin present in Loco, an in situ expression of their project entitled Montréal-Paris. Launched by the two photographers in the summer of 2011, Montréal-Paris finds today its fulfilment in the release of six twenty-four page booklets, from UN to SIX, and in a series of exhibitions, of which the curating represents the continuation and the achievement of the editorial work. Montréal-Paris brings together their two photographic studies on Paris and Montreal, both of them showing the cities they live in. These books seek to create a new place, a kind of « city-book » made up of the encounter of these two cities.
