OPENING RECEPTION: Friday, June 10, 5-7pm
This carefully curated contemporary perspective on the frontier connects the heavily mythologized western landscape with the affects of expansion. The works selected dialogue with each other about human experience with shifting boundaries, neocolonial activities, and construction of mythology.
Participating artists include: Jennifer Garz-Cuen, Naomi Harris, Ellen Jantzen, Catherine Marcogliese, Marilyn Maxwell, Noah McLaurine, Allison Stewart, and Kathleen Taylor.
