Vivian Maier – Works in Color
10 April – 28 June 2020
“After the succesful exhibition Vivian Maier – Street Photographer in 2014 at Foam, Vivians work will be back in the museum this spring with the exhibition Vivian Maier – Works in Color. Vivian Maier (New York, 1926-2009) took photos during her entire life while working as au-pair. Vivians work got discovered after her death, when a box of negatives was sold at a local auction. Vivian Maier is known for her black and white photography. In this exhibition a mostly unknown part of her work is shown: 60 photographs in color made inbetween 1956-1986.”
