Alice Hargrave: Sea Change
January 25th – April 29th
Opening Reception + Panel Discussion: January 25th | 5 – 7:30 PM
“This exhibition centers on two projects Hargrave is currently working on. Her ongoing series, Bird Calls, is inspired by ornithologist and artist John James Audobon’s trip to the Florida Keys and Dry Tortugas. She creates stunning large-scale installations, incorporating audio recordings, photographic prints on fabric, and framed photos. Her new project, Sea Change, addresses the loss of living coral along the Gulf Coast. ”
