“Abandoned Buildings captivate with their silent presence and the stories they carry. The traces of life left behind – an old piece of furniture, faded wallpaper, a window still standing – serve as witnesses of another era. While abandonment can evoke melancholy, it also offers lessons on time, memory, and impermanence.
The photographers participating in this exhibition preserve the soul of these buildings through their lens, making them immortal. Even if their physical structures disappear over time, the images will remain, reminding us that these places once existed, housed lives, and became part of a collective history.”
