This series points the attention to the categories of Space and Time in relation with internet and the new digital technologies. Both of us took a shot everyday, for ten days, at a specific hour that, calculating the time zone, was the same for me living in Venice, and Anna living near San Francisco. The aim was to build a sort of photographic-daily-diary, able to show our different lives in precise moments of the day that on one hand, technically, were contemporaries, but on the other hand, practically, were not because of the 9 hours time zone. So, the series show simultaneous actions and situations divided by more or less 6050 miles of geographic distance.
The photographs follow of course our personal styles and attitudes, highlighting the differences and giving much more impact to the series it self, very compact in its guidelines, but so variegated in its single aspects. Like two lives that run parallel from two opposite sites of the globe.
